What 3D printing is used for in industry
3D printing (additive manufacturing) builds a part layer by layer from a digital model. It's ideal for validating an idea quickly: you hold the part, test the fit and fix the design before investing in molds, machining or mass production.

When 3D printing isn't the best option
For high volumes, parts under heavy mechanical load or very tight tolerances, processes like machining or injection molding are usually a better fit. We assess how the part will be used and recommend the most suitable route, even if it isn't 3D printing.
From file to finished part
If you already have the 3D file, we check whether it's ready to print. If you don't, we model it from a sample or drawing. Then we choose the material based on how the part will be used and agree on the delivery date.
