Process
From the first file to the delivered drawing set
You send one drawing, model or photo. We sign an NDA if you need one, review it for free and send a fixed-price scope with deliverables, dates and revision rounds. After you approve, we model and draft to your standard, check every sheet and deliver native files plus STEP, DXF and PDF. You own the files once the project is paid.
What we deliver
| Deliverable | Files and formats |
|---|---|
| Review | PDF: issues found, suggested fixes, open questions |
| Scope | PDF: deliverables, formats, dates, revision rounds, fixed price |
| Delivery | Native SolidWorks + STEP / IGES / DXF / DWG / PDF + BOM in XLSX / CSV |
Drawings in mm, inches or dual-dimensioned (mm / in), to the standard on your title block.

Communication
| Channel | Used for |
|---|---|
| Anything that needs a record: scope, approvals, deliveries | |
| Shared chat (Teams, Slack or WhatsApp) | Quick questions during the work |
| Video call | Kick-off and drawing reviews |
You have one named contact for the project, and written answers to every question that affects the drawing.
File security
- NDA signed before sensitive files are shared, on request.
- One folder per client project; access limited to the people working on it.
- Client files are never used to train AI models and never shown publicly without written permission.
- Files are deleted at the end of the project when you ask.
Standards and units
We draft to the standard on your title block (ASME Y14.5 for most North American work, ISO 128 and ISO 2768 for most European work), in millimetres, inches or dual-dimensioned when parts go to suppliers on both systems.
FAQ
How do we exchange files?
Through your system (SharePoint, Box, Google Drive, Dropbox, an FTP or your PDM) or a link we send. Small files can also go through the Send a drawing form on this site.
How many revision rounds are included?
The number is written in the scope, so there is no argument later. Changes to the design itself, beyond corrections, are scoped separately.
What are the lead times?
They depend on the scope and are written in it as dates, not as estimates. If a date is at risk, you hear it from us before it is missed.
What happens to our files after the project?
They stay in a single project folder for follow-up work, and are deleted on request.
How do we pay?
Payment terms and method are written in the scope. Prices are fixed per scope, not per hour.
