2. Services

Downway provides CAD modeling and drafting, manufacturing documentation, reverse engineering, engineering support, process automation and industrial websites.

3. Quotes and engagement

Any scope, price or deadline shown on this website is informative. An engagement is confirmed only by a written proposal that states the final scope, deliverables, timeline and price.

Unless the proposal says otherwise, you own the files we produce for you once the project is paid.

4. Confidentiality

We treat files and information you send as confidential and will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Only send files you are allowed to share.
• Use the website lawfully.

6. Intellectual property

The content, brand and materials of this website belong to Downway or its licensors.

7. Limitation of liability

Downway is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from improper use of the website. Liability for engineering work is defined in each written proposal.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes apply from the date they are published on this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with jurisdiction in São Paulo, SP, unless a written contract states otherwise.
