Documentation that lets you build anywhere
Manufacturers that buy parts from suppliers, or build in more than one plant, depend on documentation that is complete and consistent. We convert legacy 2D drawings to 3D, rebuild BOMs that match the assemblies, and keep drawings, STEP and DXF files in step with every engineering change.
What we deliver
| Deliverable | Files and formats |
|---|---|
| Legacy 2D to 3D conversion | Models + updated drawings + conflict list |
| Supplier-ready packages | Drawings, STEP, DXF and BOM per part family |
| BOM reconciliation | Corrected multi-level BOM with change list |
| ECO updates | Models, drawings and BOM updated per change order |
Drawings in mm, inches or dual-dimensioned (mm / in), to the standard on your title block.
How it works
- 1
Pick a product line
Start with the family that is quoted or reordered most often.
- 2
Audit
We list missing drawings, conflicts and BOM mismatches.
- 3
Build the package
Fixed-price per product line, in your templates.
- 4
Keep it current
ECO updates per package or as monthly capacity.
Who it's for
- OEMs moving production to contract manufacturers
- Companies with decades of paper or DWG drawings and no 3D models
- Teams preparing an ERP migration that needs clean BOMs
Who it's not for
- Design responsibility for safety-critical products without your engineering sign-off
A package per product line
Converting everything at once rarely works. We start with the product line that costs most in supplier questions, deliver a complete package, and use it as the template for the next line.
FAQ
How do you handle conflicts in old drawings?
We never resolve them silently. Every conflict between views, revisions or the physical part goes into a list for your engineer to decide.
